but with Guy Ritchie directing, what would one expect? this will, however, be another film where purists either shouldn't go at all, or should realize that no matter what any film does, the original source material will not be affected at all. i repeat, you can put your cherished classic on the table, go see a film based on said cherished classic, come back and check the book. not one word will have been changed, not one liberty taken by the film will have manifested in the pages.
